This policy explains what RiserSheet collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, optional display name and NICET number, and the organization you belong to.
Project data: everything you enter, including water supply tests, networks, design criteria, solver results, and generated reports.
Operational data: IP address and user agent recorded when you accept these terms, timestamps of authentication events, and error reports.
Why we collect it
To run the service, authenticate you, bill your organization, keep an audit trail of who changed what, and diagnose failures. We do not sell your data and we do not use your project data to train models.
Who we share it with
Stripe, for payments. Resend, for transactional email. Cloudflare R2, for file storage. Each processes only what it needs to perform its function.
Analytics is Plausible, which is cookie free and collects no personal data. Error tracking is a self-hosted GlitchTip instance.
Retention and deletion
Project data is kept for as long as your organization exists. Generated reports and the inputs behind them are kept immutably so a submitted calculation stays reproducible. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it and the organizations you solely own.
